What  this bunny would miss most is roaming free. If someone was to let him or her go most likely this bunny would run into a garden and eat away.   

 What this lion would  miss most is eating whatever he wants. If someone would be to let this lion go most likely if this lion had kids it would  try to find them.  

What this eagle would miss most would be flying around. If this eagle were to escape  from its enclosure it would fly to the top of a cliff and make a nest. If it was a girl.

This was one of the chapter chat activities that we had to do. I really love it hope you do to.

Year 6 camp

 First We got to camp then we got settled into our cabin. Our first activity was free time so Wendy and me played on the trampoline that was there.

We had kayaking next and I stood up and jumped in ( I jumped in a pile of mud)

.

We did team initiatives. (It was pretty easy).

 After we did everything we all had dinner then watched a movie and had Milo

 

Tiarna, Wendy, Carys and I were in the same cabin. We went to bed after all of that. 

Once we woke up we had breakfast then we did Archery soft Thomas hit me in the head so Tiarna hit him in the head twice using a soft arrow on accident.

After that we had so morning tea.

Then everyone who went to camp went on a long beach walk.

 After that We had lunch.

And one of my favourite parts the rock wall I did the easy one  first then the 2nd to last easy one. Then I did the hard one( I could not do it).

Then we went to bed.

First we woke up I was the last one to wake up and I said to Wendy “ OMG I had a dream about I woke up and you said( you is Wendy) I had red eyes and that I was evil." 

Turns out she said to Tiarna my bunnys has red eyes I think she's evil. I think I must of heard her.

After that our group did raft building. Kupa almost feel in and so did Ele. 

This was my favourite activity so far Horse Riding! 

I was the only person who was off the lead rope.  They had some ropes for after you went riding you could play.  Kupa challenge  me to a tug of war match and I bet him easily.

Then we all went back to school and had some fish and chips. I went home right after that I was so tired. 

Home School

 Home school  was pretty rough. It was kinda the same as normal school apart from the online class. Here are some examples: we still had to put our hand up, still saw the teacher every day and always saw lots of classmates. Altho they were alike but also different, like there were no bells we could eat at any time and did not  have to do school work if we did not want to  ( I did my work). There were a lot of things I miss about school like my 2 BFFs ( Wendy Carys ) and my teacher.  When we came back a lot of things changed like the Art Splash  was cancelled.  Something that I liked  was sharing blogs. And lastly, my favourite thing about Lockdown was spending time with my family.  

Covid adventure

 During  Covid my Mum and I are going out for rides on our horse/pony. My pony's name is Gary but I call him Garieeeee like French, he is the best pony in the world, I love him to bits. My Mums horses name is Sugar which she just got a month ago. We went out riding on Sugar and Gary a week ago. I also trotted on the road and I have only ever trotted off the lead rope once and Gary almost went over the gate. Anyway back to Sugar and Gary. Sugar is a very fast horse but so is Gary.  But she is so much faster so we have to break into a trot to catch up and let me just say it is such a good feeling just to get the wind in my hair. When I go faster than a walk it just feels so majestic. Then 3 days ago I went for a ride with my Mum on her other horse called Gucci. Of course we took the amazing lightning speed majestic awesome pony Gary, it was a great ride.

zoom meetings

 These days because we are in Covid we are doing zoom calls for school , and doing lots of work on our chromebooks. We even have a Lockdown gallery for every thing we are doing while at home.  Are meetings are at 9:30 each morning. I am so happy its not at 9:00 so that means I get to sleep in. All though I miss my 2 best friends Wendy and Carys , if you guys are reading this I miss you 2 so much. 

Kaitiakitanga

 These past couple of weeks we (my class) have been learning about Kaitiakitanga. It has been really fun, trying to figure it out. I have discovered what Kaitiakitanga means. But  I won't say so though in case anyone from my class is reading this. Over all would love to do this again.

The giraffe who left his human

They had always been together, for as long as he could remember. They had always been the best of friends. She had taught him everything he knew, relentlessly preparing him for life in the outside world..

This was the moment they had both been waiting for...

I remember walking to my new home with the human I loved to this day. I still feel sad. My human’s name was Sky. We were walking alone together on the way to the grasslands.  I knew it wasn't going to be as easy as abc when I left her. I would miss her but I knew it was right for me and so did she. I felt so sad and heartbroken. I wish I could stay with her. After we said our goodbyes she walked off until she was like a dot on the horizon. I took my first bite of grass it was as sweet as sugar.The other giraffes were as busy as bees. Without Sky I felt like my heart was broken. Many years later from that day I still miss her. Though I know one day I will find her.  

I won the equestrian part of the Olympics!

 OMG. I'm over the moon that I finally won the Equestrian part of the Olympics. I remember waiting for my turn then I went out and me and Gary did our best. Once we were done( I was the last person) they said I was first! I was so cheerful.  I saw the person who got 2nd on my right and the person who got 3rd on my left. But I was in the middle. I was so excited that I won . 

Then I just remember when I was 9 and I got the pony who I have loved and who helped me through all of this Gary! Then the best pony in the world. When I was 11 every day I trained and trained for 5 years then when I just turned 16 I got a letter saying I WAS IN THE OLYMPICS! I was so glowing at that moment. 

Then I snapped back into reality with my gold medal. I was on cloud 9!
